Proper 10 (15) 2016 – Psalm 25:4-5

Tuesday, July 5, 2016

I hope you had a wonderful Fourth of July holiday.  The lectionary readings for this coming Sunday include: Amos 7:7-17 and Psalm 82, Deuteronomy 30:9-14 and Psalm 25:1-10, Colossians 1:1-14, and Luke 10:25-37.

Psalm 25:4-5Make me to know your ways, O LORD; teach me your paths.  Lead me in your truth, and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all day long.

We begin our week together as we should begin each day, asking to be guided toward God’s will for us.

Gracious God, speak to each of us today and every day, and give us discerning minds so that we can follow your guidance.  Amen.
